Starting from their home office in Southern Utah, Heaven Scent Soy Candles™ Inc dba Purely Soy™ first supplied their products to local shops, schools, and community charity organizations. Demand soon outstripped supply.

Julia has always loved candles, and after a long day at work they were a comfort to come home to, she burned aroma therapy candles often.
When Julia started having upper respiratory problems her doctor informed her that she had the lungs of a smoker! Since neither she nor anyone in her family smoked. Julia had no idea what was causing her breathing problem.
Could the culprit be her aroma therapy candles that she so loved to burn?
She started researching and was shocked to discover what went into the candles she was burning. Scientific research had shown that burning paraffin candles can emit pollutants such as acetone, benzene, particle matter, soot and that the wicks can contain lead!
